Associate/Executive Pastor

We are looking to hire a full-time Associate/Executive Pastor at Searchlights Church. This role would consist of managing volunteer leaders, overseeing groups, discipleship training, occasional preaching (if qualified), communications, and supporting the Lead Pastor in carrying out the vision of the church. We are looking for someone who is a naturally organized person, excellent at task delegation, has discernment in leadership, and is excited about what God is doing at Searchlights Church. Experience in ministry preferred, though not required if qualified and we feel is the right person God has called to this role.
